Meet Our Founder & Executive Director,
Victoria Vail

Victoria brings a passion for emotional wellness, leadership development, and equine-assisted learning. Since 2019 she has helped individuals discover clarity, confidence, and connection through her work with horses. Her background includes leadership and business development, financial coaching, and equine-assisted programs. Victoria created Thrive Equine to provide meaningful experiences through the wisdom of the herd & the healing connection between horses & people.

“Horses showed me something different, responding to what’s real, not what’s said— in that honesty, finding clarity, regulation, and trust without forcing change. Thrive Equine exists because I believe healing happens best when we slow down, listen to The Herd, & allow ourselves to be, and be still.”
