Meet Our Founder, Victoria Vail
Victoria brings a passion for emotional wellness, leadership development, and equine-assisted learning. Through her work with horses, she has helped individuals discover clarity, confidence, and connection. Her background includes leadership and business development, financial coaching, and equine-assisted learning. Victoria created Thrive With Horses to provide meaningful experiences through the wisdom of the herd and the healing connection between horses and people.
